Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ReplayFlow (the "App" or the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service description

ReplayFlow is a personal practice video tool that helps you import reference videos, mark practice segments, slow down or loop playback, record your own practice, and compare your recording side by side with the reference video. ReplayFlow is intended for personal practice, review, and organization.

3. User content and responsibility

You are fully responsible for the videos, images, names, categories, and other content you import, record, edit, save, export, or share through ReplayFlow. You must make sure you own or have obtained the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

You agree not to use ReplayFlow to create, save, export, or share content that violates the law or infringes intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights. If your use leads to a third-party claim, you are responsible for handling that claim.

4. Device, permissions, and data storage

ReplayFlow needs Camera, Photos, and storage-related permissions to provide features such as importing reference videos, recording practice videos, saving data, and exporting results. If you deny or disable those permissions, some features may not work.

ReplayFlow is currently focused on local use on your device. Deleting the App, changing devices, clearing data, or storage problems may cause in-app data to be lost. Please keep your own backups of important videos or exported results.

5. Practice safety

ReplayFlow is a video review and practice organization tool. It is not medical, health, fitness, sports training, or professional coaching advice. When practicing with the App, you are responsible for judging your physical condition and environment. If you feel unwell, stop practicing and seek professional help when appropriate.

6. Free and Pro features

ReplayFlow may offer free and paid Pro features. The free version may include the basic practice flow. Pro features may include more reference videos, more saved segments, more recording comparisons, watermark-free exports, custom comparison layouts, custom covers, or other advanced features. Actual features, limits, and availability are shown in the App.

We may adjust features, limits, prices, trials, and subscription offerings as the product develops. Purchased subscription benefits will be handled according to Apple App Store rules and applicable law.

7. Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation

If ReplayFlow offers paid subscriptions, they are processed through Apple App Store. Subscription price, trial eligibility, renewal period, currency, and taxes are shown by the App Store.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings before the end of the current subscription period, according to Apple App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store or Apple ID subscription management page. Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund process.

8. Intellectual property

ReplayFlow's app design, interface, trademarks, icons, text, code, features, and related materials, excluding user content, are owned by ReplayFlow or its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Apple's applicable Usage Rules, ReplayFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control. This restriction does not limit Family Sharing or other use permitted by Apple's Usage Rules. ReplayFlow and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.

9. Prohibited conduct

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not: (a) use the App for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's rights; (b) distribute malware or interfere with, disrupt, or damage the App, related services, or another user's normal use; (c) access the App, related systems, or non-public technical materials without authorization; (d) circumvent security measures, usage limits, or paid-feature restrictions; (e) copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the App's source code; or (f) use automated means to collect content or data from the App or related services at scale.

10. Privacy Policy

How ReplayFlow handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

11. Changes and discontinuation

We may modify, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue some features through version updates. If these Terms materially change, we will update the date on this page. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplayFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the App stable and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, meet all of your requirements, or prevent every risk of data loss. You are responsible for keeping backups of important videos and exports. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplayFlow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, including data loss, lost practice results, business loss, or third-party claims.

13. Apple licensed application terms

If you obtain ReplayFlow through the Apple App Store, the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") and applicable App Store Usage Rules. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and govern your relationship with ReplayFlow regarding the App, its content, subscriptions, and services. These Terms do not replace the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict, applicable law, the Apple Standard EULA, and the App Store Usage Rules will control.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Unless mandatory rules in your place of residence or another applicable jurisdiction require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first try to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
