1. Introduction

ReplayFlow is a personal practice video tool that processes videos primarily on your device. The App does not require an account, and it does not actively upload your reference videos, recorded practice videos, saved segments, or comparison exports to ReplayFlow servers.

2. Data on your device

To provide import, recording, playback, comparison, organization, and export features, ReplayFlow may process the following data on your device:

  • Reference videos you import.
  • Practice videos you record with the camera.
  • Practice segments, A/B loop times, crop settings, playback speed, mirror settings, cover settings, categories, titles, and practice timestamps.
  • Comparison videos, cropped videos, or other exports that you choose to create or save.
  • App preferences such as language, tutorial state, playback preferences, and interface settings.
  • Local Photos library identifiers used to detect duplicate imports.

3. Permissions and iCloud Photos

ReplayFlow requests system permissions only when they are needed for app features:

  • Photos permission: to select reference videos or save exports you choose to create.
  • Camera permission: to record your own practice video.
  • Storage and file access: to save in-app videos, segments, covers, temporary files, and exports.

You can manage or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. If you choose to import a video that exists only in iCloud Photos, iOS may download the original video from your iCloud account to your device before handing it to ReplayFlow for import. That process is handled by Apple's system services and is subject to Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud settings.

4. Anonymous usage analytics

ReplayFlow uses TelemetryDeck to understand aggregate use of App features, including onboarding, reference-video import, opening the player, creating practice segments, recording, comparison, and paywall and subscription or trial-start flows.

For this analysis, ReplayFlow sends fixed event names and a limited set of fixed options, such as import source, the reason a paywall was shown, a subscription or trial-start outcome, and plan type. TelemetryDeck also processes an anonymized installation identifier and technical information such as App version, operating-system version, device model, language, region, time zone, and run environment. ReplayFlow does not provide a custom user ID or link this data with identifiers from other services.

ReplayFlow does not send your videos, photos, recordings, video or segment names, file names, category names, Photos library identifiers, A/B timestamps, or other free-form content to TelemetryDeck. Analytics data is used only to understand and improve the ReplayFlow product experience, not for third-party advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

5. Data we currently do not collect

  • We currently do not require a ReplayFlow account.
  • We currently do not collect or upload your video content.
  • We currently do not use third-party advertising tracking.
  • We currently do not collect precise location, contacts, or address book data.

The ReplayFlow website may use Cloudflare Pages Analytics to understand overall visits and site performance. This website measurement is separate from the App and does not upload your practice videos.

6. Support contact

If you contact us by email, we will process the email address, message content, device model, iOS version, App version, issue description, screenshots, or videos that you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve the App.

7. Subscriptions and payment data

If ReplayFlow offers paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store. ReplayFlow does not directly receive or store your full payment card number.

ReplayFlow uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase and restore results, product offering information, and access to Pro features. RevenueCat may process app-generated subscription identifiers, purchase receipts, transaction status, and device- or app-related technical information, but it does not provide ReplayFlow with your full payment card number.

8. Retention and deletion

ReplayFlow data stored on your device remains until you delete it in the App, remove the App, clear app data, or the system removes it through storage management. ReplayFlow currently does not provide a cloud account, so we cannot recover local data that has been deleted from your device.

Support emails may be retained in our email system to respond to and track issues. If you want support correspondence deleted, you can contact us using the email address below.

9. Data security

ReplayFlow uses the iOS app sandbox and system permission mechanisms to isolate app data, and it excludes imported videos and the video database from system backup to reduce the risk of large video data being backed up or synced.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device system up to date and enable a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

10. Children's privacy

ReplayFlow is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us.

11. Policy updates and contact
